About the Project
A quick prop study focused on hard-surface modeling and realistic PBR texturing. The LPG tank was modeled in Blender with attention to real-world proportions, valve details, and surface wear.
Textures were authored in Substance Painter using a physically-based workflow: base color, roughness, metallic, and normal maps combined to give the tank its aged, industrial character.
My Responsibilities
Hard-Surface Modeling — Clean topology with proper edge loops and bevel weights for high-poly bake.
UV Layout — Efficient UV packing with consistent texel density across the asset.
PBR Texturing — Full Substance Painter material stack: paint layers, surface wear, rust streaks, and dirt accumulation.
