About the Project

Created in collaboration with Leartes Studios, this environment pack is available on the Unreal Engine Marketplace. Thanks to Leartes Studios and Sven Mrđen for art direction during the project.

138 unique meshes with AAA-quality attention to detail. Controllable parameters in material instances, texture sizes from 4096 down to 1024, custom collisions, and 3 LOD levels for complex assets. Full Lumen and Nanite support for UE5.0+.

My Responsibilities
Environment Art — Designed and modeled 138 unique meshes covering all hotel lobby spaces: reception, lounge, and decorative elements.
Materials & Textures — Controllable material instances with parameter-driven variations for surfaces including marble, wood, fabric, and metal.
LOD Pipeline — Custom LOD chains (3 levels) and custom collision for all complex assets.
Scene Lighting — Real-time Lumen setup for interior daylight and artificial lighting scenarios.
