Core Features
Plinko-Powered Combat
Drop weapons into a physics-driven pegboard. Every bounce accumulates Sharpness and Multipliers before dealing damage to the Dragon Boss.
Roguelike Drafting
After every wave, draft powerful upgrades. Push any upgrade to Level 7 to unlock its evolution — spike pegs become homing Grinders, recyclers become the Ouroboros.
Shape the Board
Place Bumper pegs, Furnaces, Slag Eruptors, Explosive Bumpers, Teleporters, and Crucibles. Build the machine, control the chaos.
Meta-Progression
Collect Dragon Souls from every run — even failed ones — to purchase permanent upgrades in the Main Menu.
About the Project
PlinkSmith is a Plinko-inspired roguelike crafting game where players drop weapons through a physics board of pegs to deal damage to an approaching Dragon Boss. Built in Unity with pixel art visuals.
As a blacksmith defending their village, you build stat multipliers through bouncing physics, draft upgrades between waves, and unlock game-breaking evolutions — turning simple pegs into complex, chained systems of destruction.
The game is currently in active development with regular updates including a WebGL build for in-browser play.
My Contributions
Gameplay Systems — Contributed to the core Plinko physics simulation, peg interaction logic, and stat accumulation system.
Upgrade Architecture — Helped design the roguelike drafting system and the upgrade evolution mechanics at Level 7.
Meta-Progression — Implemented Dragon Soul collection and the persistent upgrade store between runs.
Unity / C# — Core development in Unity using C# for all gameplay logic.
